The prices for the rooms/studios are as follows:

*Extra bed USD 10/night
* The cost for the use of air conditioning will be charged separately at the rate of RD$ 12 kWh. amounts to about
USD 2 daily, according to usage.
Deposit / Warranty
A security deposit of USD100 is required upon arrival and will be refunded the day of check out after the apartment has been inspected. Damaged or missing items will be deducted from the deposit. Should the deposit not cover the damage, the guest will pay the difference.
